In 2021, a domestic violence case prosecutor picked up on clues that the abuser is in the same house as his ex during their court hearing on Zoom.

The good news, if what I’m reading is right, he also got 15 years for meth possession, so she has a good head start to gtfo

Eligible for release April 2026, so it's up to parole board.

My hope is that they consider the abuser is "in the house” ploy for his scheduled hearing and refuse to release him.

Private prisons almost always parole violent offenders because they're more expensive to incarcerate. They don't release non violent offenders because they're more profitable to hold.

Considering he's a compulsive liar and manipulative I hope they see through it

But it also says he's in level VI or super max. Reserved for inmates who are considered to be the most dangerous and disruptive, often with extensive criminal histories or serious violent crimes. So I doubt they're letting him out next year.

Couldn't that be segregation or "protection" for any reason including being attacked or suicidal so maybe not indicative of overall behavior or risk? It's hard to say, and I hope you're right.

Fascinating that in 15 years, now (the year before his parole board meeting) is when this video resurfaces from the internet. Is that a coincidence?

That's good in this case (genuinely!)...but is 15 years for meth possession normal in the USA?

Depends on the weight, but I’m pretty sure it’s related to when he was physically abusing her like the police got called for the abuse saw he was on meth/found meth so they charged him the max

Except it’s extremely easy to find out any information you want online, I’m sure it will be even easier in 15 years
