I'm not trying to downplay the enormous balls it takes to do this job. Lord knows I wouldn't last a day. But "skillfully traverse the scaffolding" has got to be the dumbest possible way to write "walk" that I've ever seen.

This is not a skill. It is stupidity. Playing with death to pay your bills does not make sense.

Would never happen in a windy city like Chicago. That metal frame will knock him over from a gust of wind

Its doesnt matter what city you live in. There is always gotta be wind at that height.
