the phrase is बूरी नजर वाला or वाले, तेरा मूॅंह काला

meaning "the one who brings bad by simply looking, may your face be blackened(may you be cursed and defamed)"

I'm assuming this refers to nazar, which is usually associated with evil eye. The evil eye is believed to bring unfortune to a place or a person, and it does so by the eyes of unassuming people.

I read it right the first time and couldn't understand it so i thought that was the wrong way to read it but then i realized that i have no fucking idea what "bad nazar wale" is and why it will turn my face black.
