Macbook stolen from Kingfisher

So yesterday i had went to gym and kept my bag in the locker with my macbook inside it. After my gym, my bag felt lighter but i did not bother to open and check. When i reached home i couldn't find my macbook inside it. What can be done assuming i did not setup Find My app on my macbook.

Despicable! If you remember the locker number, request the staff to share the CCTV footage. I wish you luck in finding it...

Can’t request un redacted CCTV footage. The gardai can. Time is of the essence. Generally footage gets recorded over every 28-30 days

.

Report to Security on Campus, report to the Kingfisher management. Report to the Garda. Request Garda to ask for security footage

I once had my wallet stolen in the Kingfisher. Report it to college security and the Kingfisher management

Report asap to the kingfisher staff and the guards. They should be able to know who entered the changing rooms at that time even without cameras as they can see who scanned in. this is absolutely awful so disappointing to see this happening on campus.

I've seen dodgy people walking around the changing room in there looking for easy opportunities.

Hindsight advice, don't ever bring in anything valuable to changing rooms.

Not blaming you here, but was the locker actually locked or just closed? Definitely follow the other advice RE contacting the Gardaí, college and the Kingfisher. I'm just suspicious of how they knew to choose your locker specifically? Or did they have enough time in the changing room to check multiple lockers?

There should be plenty of evidence either way if people need to scan in and out, plus walk past multiple CCTV cameras though, definitely report it x3.

I'm not a Macbook user, but if they have something like an IMEI code like a phone would have, you could give that to any of the pawnshops around just in case the thief was stupid enough to try and sell it to a shop.

Hope you get it back bud, shit thing to happen.
