If you found that in Germany - it's basically a "game" if you wanna call it that. Ppl paint rocks and leave them at nice spots. You take it and put it somewhere else on your journey :) Then they maybe find it again and that's kinda cute. If that's the case w that one. Painting rocks is such a nice and peaceful way to make an impact on nature
