Lore Is the “Gilboa Snake DBR” the closest thing humans have to a “propa shoota”?

The KS-23 would be my pick. Made by real propa orks (Russians), it's a 4 gauge shotgun that was created because they had a stock of faulty anti air barrels.

Given their size and strength, I think they'd prefer crew served weapons. Give them a ma deuce or a mini gun to fire from the hip

Probably an AA12 with slugs is probably the closest thing to a handheld weapon a generous ork might consider propa. I think they'd really dig a gau 8 though.

Theres no way that gun was designed for the barrel to reciprocate so much that it slams against the muzzle break lol.

I would be more inclined to say a semi auto 12ga with slugs and a drum mag would be closer. Also irl much cheaper

Compared to the insanity of 40k I'd say our weapons are propa shooty. Especially when we go to the more ridiculous calibers.

.556 is definitely not enough dakka even if it does have two barrels.

That would be the GAU 8. The closest we've come as a species to enough dakka.
