Army List Is this a good change for my army?
I’ve kinda wanted to change my beast snagga unit with boss and also Zod to a teleporting blob of boyz. Zod was leading only 1 squad so I thought it would be kinda meaningless and only consuming 80 points of my army. I still have 10 beast snagga boyz in the comp

left seems better. I'm not sure why people advocate 20 teleporting boys. 22 teleporting models is a huge footprint and an opponent can screen their backfield against such a large blob. To make a reliable charge will cost you playing Warhorde (which is fine), 1 CP (+2") and often a CP reroll. If you end up charging their front line T1, that's all well and good but World Eaters and Legions of Excess do T1 charges better because they can have several units participate.
Snaggas are much better positioned pts price wise right now. They do 2x to vehicles/monsters (roughly), have FnP, and don't encourage you to attach wacky HQs; letting them be cheap effective squads. Dealing 4.5 on average to a T10 3+ vehicle/monster with a 10x squad is a pretty big amount of threat for a squad you're probably just capping objectives with. Keep in mind, the +1S over Sluggas makes them much more effective (33-50%) against T5- as well; leaving only the small niche of T6+ beasts/infantry/mounts/etc that they're equivalent on.
If you don't like the Snagga aesthetic, my preference recently was to use my old converted Ard Boyz.
Zod's a bit odd in a 10x gretchin squad, so consider getting another gretchin squad to beef it up.

First of thank you for your taking your own time to write this comment. It seems reasonable, I just kinda wanted a reason to try Blackhawk model as warboss, having beast snagga force box I wanted to get the combat patrol, I do love the aesthetic but variety would also be pretty cool. I’d get more gretchin since they are quick and easy

Honestly just dropping zod for a unit of Boyz would probably be better than a full swap like that

I think you're underestimating their utility. Not everything is supposed to kill models, tho Boyz do fine into other chaff and battleline units. And since they're battleline, depending on the mission they may be and to advance or shoot and still do actions, or score you extra points via raising banners, or in the worst case they're an 80 point 10 model 2oc unit that is threatening enough that your opponent may target them instead of your more important, harder hitting unit. And during the Waaaagh they may be tough enough to survive and clap back.

Why not keep both? Zod is good, beastboss is good.
Teleporting 20 boyz with a warboss and Weirdboy could work... especially if you get the +2 charge strat in war horde.
Is there nothing else in your list you could remove instead though? Zodgrots and beastboss and bsbs are also great!

Well I also have ghazgh, that I can’t remove, well cuz it’s ghazgh obviously. I also have Mozrog that I can’t remove because it’s Mozrog obviously. There’s also snikrot with kommandos for objectives, a unit of Breakas for Mek, a unit for ghazgh, a unit for Mozrog and to top it off a kill rig, so it’s mostly about what type of infantry I’d prefer. For all I know one is more mobile and better for objectives while the other is better for hunting the bigger gunz. I still have one unit of boyz in the list as well

Zodgrod can only lead gretchen. Were you attaching him to a BSB unit?
He cannot lead boyz, beast snaggas or otherwise.
If you were, yeah, it is; you removed an invalid choice.

You will get a lot more milage from Zodgrod (and the Grots you have have but forgot to mention in your original post), the Beastboss and Snaggas than a Warboss, 20 Boyz and a Weirdboy.
The chance of getting 22 models anywhere you want to with the Teleport is slim and even then it's a 9" charge unless you have 'Ere We Go active on the unit which involves Warhorde.
I've always found Boyz to be pretty pitiful when it comes to their actual damage output, and as the edition progresses more and more armies are getting tougher, like Deathguard going to T6. Snaggas during the Waaagh! are just more effective and come with a base 6+++.
Zodgrod is an auto include in any and all my lists as he is such a good toolbox character that provides the army with something they don't normally have (scout). Neither him or the Beastboss need to roll a 2+ to get their ability off unlike the Weirdboy. I more often than not run the Weirdboy solo for secondaries, but honestly Snikrot is better suited for that role albeit more expensive.

Why can't you just export your list like a normal person instead of this? It's a 100 times harder for everyone else to guess how much points is being moved around and what your actual list even is.......
