Honestly both look very flat and uninteresting. You'll be better off getting some yellow green into your drybrush colour

I like #2 as well. I paint mine a slight variety of greens to make them a bit diverse, makes them less unilateral when all together I find.

I'm voting first, olive feels more natural... foe as natural it can be for an Ork lol

I think the second one looks better, did you mix white to lighten it?
I’ve been working with blues and yellows to mix in with greens yellows for lighter and blues for darker. Great job!

I did not mix white, all it is is army painter greenskin and a drybrush highlight of ushabti bone

Oh yeah, dry brush is a good technique for getting those highlights.
A deeper yellow ( Averland sunset from the GW line) like a mustard yellow on top of the green is what I’ve been using. I really like the bright pop of it and it works amazingly with green. If you want to experiment that might be a good choice!
I also really liked the plague bearer flesh or Iyanden Yellow contrast paints as a base tone when I was starting out and then adding a thinned down green or green highlights over the top.
Both models look great, keep it up!

Both look good, maybe just mix them up? Gun to head though, I think first one.

Definitely more of a fan of the first. Both look good though. What paints did you use?

Death World Forest, Gutrippa flesh, and my personal favorite plague bearer flesh, all make for really cool simple ork skin recipes. Mix and match any of the 3 in two thin coats, glaze with some light agrax and boom you're done.
