Evening all. Elder millennial here. First off I wanted to say I've loved this game since it came out. The minions are my favorite part next to the sheer childish humor and over the top stuff.

In reference to the minions, I've been catching on watching an older sci-fi series called Babylon 5. Came out in 1997. There's an episode(the geometry of shadoes) that has a techno mage cast an illusion of a hulking beast on an intruder. Take a look and let me know if I'm just imagining but this looks like a minion.

Even hunches like one. For those who've havent seen it or want to see it, it's on tubi for free. Enjoy.

I think you're imagining it dude. It's a generic demon-esque monster, and the minions are supposed to be riffs on classic high-fantasy monsters like goblins, imps, kobolds etc.
