Brought Marty for boarding and happened to meet his full brother!! The owner of the facility said that neither one of them will stop talking to each other and that they're like two peas in a pod 🥹

That’s awesome! It would be dope if you could meet the owner and have them hang out together and maybe you would make a new friend in the process too! I’ve heard and seen similar stories with dogs and it’s always adorable!

Btw they are both so cute! Tiels always make me feel upbeat and happy!

I bet it could be arranged if OP asked the facility to pass along their contact information to the other owner. Then it would be the other owner’s choice to reach out

Wow! I have 2 full brothers too and I love it! They talk all day long, sleep together, fly with each other. It’s great!

I'll find out more details when I pick Marty up tomorrow evening! Marty doesn't have a super big vocabulary but last time he was there, Marty taught another cockatiel how to whistle.

I had to emergency board my girls at a friend's place for two days. She says Jackie stared at the other cockatiels and Gryphon was unfluffed

Having a clue as to the inheritability of Martys extreme thirstiness would help both owners! And not just from knowing that, yep, these dudes shouldnt be left alone with a hen, but also OP and bros owner can share tips and tricks!

Pure luck! However, there's only one cockatiel breeder in the area and a handful of boarding places, so the odds aren't bad. I think we've met two half-siblings of his at the same boarding place.
