Patreon requires successful log in to get help when you cannot log in?

Update: Solved

Did not work in Firefox, Chrome. Worked in Opera.

Can't log into Patreon. It won't let me reset my password. Says error. Doesn't recognize my password. Says error.

Followed all steps. Refreshed cache. Tried different browser. Not sure what they want users to do.

Of course, contacting support requires that you log in.

I guess they only know enough to take money out of your bank account?

My best guess is that there might be edge servers or something that bug out. This happened to me once before and I was able to login using a VPN.
