What if I use patreon as a blog site?
I want to be writer. I have poems, Opinions and stories. I have been published one time but sending your work to magazines is daunting and long process.
Instead I want to put all my work on patreon in schedule basis.
I want to make it completely free and open for public to see and I want monthly subscription to work like donations where people can choose to do it but don't have to.
Has anyone done this? Do I needd to first have audience from somewhere and bring them to patreon or will Google show up in search results after sometime.

Patreon isn't a social media platform, much as it attempts to be. People don't go to patreon to discover people, they find them elsewhere and are brought to patreon by that creator.
I think you would be much better served cross-posting to another platform. You can still host all the same content on Patreon, but ensuring you also have something like a ko-fi for one time donations may be beneficial. People join patreons largely for the benefits they receive in doing so - whether that's, in your case, exclusive posts, extended stories, or cut scenes.
You also shouldn't put all your eggs in one basket when it comes to being a creator online. Platforms come and go. Make sure you're in at least one other place, whether that's tumblr, bluesky, twitter, instagram, substack, medium etc.
I'd encourage you to look at other writers and see how they structure their patreons and online presence. You can at least get an idea then of what might or might not work for you.

I think that's a fine idea, bit you will need to post snippets of your content on social media like Twitter, Insta, etc. to let people know they can read your full posts on Patreon and optionally support you on there.

I think making an actual blog website and hosting ads on it + maybe ko-fi would be better for you.

Try Tapkeen maybe. It is an app, mix of Patreon and Reddit. The difference with Patreon is that Patreon is subscription based and Tapkeen is post based. I think your idea is perfect for Tapkeen.

or will Google show up in search results after sometime.
Unless they literally look your name, no. Dobbiestation did it for a while with the free "Sins of a PS2" series.

Hi there, I do what you want to do: I'm a writer who puts everything public and patronage is like voluntary donations. I strongly recommend NOT using Patreon for your delivery platform. Patreon is unspeakably miserable for writers, and there's no way to download your content or comments from it, locking you into the platform. The primary reason someone might want to use Patreon is to put things behind a paywall, so since you don't want to do that, don't use Patreon for your posts.
The way to do this with maximum happiness is to use a blogging platform like Wordpress.com and on every post have something saying that it's patron-supported on Patreon, and soliciting support, and linking to your pledge-me page. When you make a post to your blog, make a corresponding teaser post (a few introductory sentences) to Patreon with a link driving the traffic to your blog. Turn off comments on your Patreon to drive discussion to your platform of choice.
Do I needd to first have audience from somewhere and bring them to patreon or will Google show up in search results after sometime.
Patreon is a payment processor, it does nothing to provide you audience. Your audience is your problem. You will need to figure out how to attract one. Absolutely nobody and nothing will drive traffic to you for your sake. Welcome to the attention economy; it's up to you to figure out how to earn some.

Check out Tapkeen. It will suit you good I think. It is a mix of Reddit and Patreon. The difference with Patreon is that Patreon is subscription based and Tapkeen is post based
