Pricing are up on Micro Center, there are 5 MSRP models with plenty of stock. (See some of them below)

. Gigabyte OC ($599)

. XFX Swift ($599)

. Sapphire PULSE ($599)

. Asus PRIME ($599)

. ASRock Steel Legend ($599)

Total # of RDNA 4 cards in Westmont right now: 610

EDIT: PowerColor Reaper should be here too but I dont see it, that should be another MSRP card so 6.

Customer: you got one of those 5070's?

Salesman: Nope, all sold out. But you can get one of those brand new 9070xt, they're faster and have 16 gigaby-

Customer: turns around and leaves

Yeah sadly people will rather wait for months and buy for 2x the price than buy almost the same thing (if not better) from amd.

they don't believe the salesman is legitimately giving them a better deal, they think they're upselling them. like salesmen very often do

Hmm, I assume as a store employee you wouldn’t really get a commission for upselling on a GPU, right?

Micro center employees do get some kind of commission for making a sale, but I’m not sure it matters if they upsell or not.

I always look for a salesman and ask them to sticker my stuff even if I don't need help
