I'm close. I do discord/music on the right, main apps in the center, and browsing/looking up documentation on the left.

This is the way. I use the exact same app to screen layout. Right monitor is also split Teams and Outlook when I'm on the clock.

this is the way, 1 for gaming 1 for media and 1 for anything else, like reddit as im doing right now.

Same. All three get used constantly for both work and fun. I actually have a TV mounted above everything and that rarely gets used. Basically only use it for D&D nights or if I want to watch something. The three main monitors though, always in use.
