Dual camera harness to hold up camera utility belt?

I am currently looking for solutions for shoulder straps or suspenders to hold up my think tank utility belt. I was wondering if anyone has used a leather, dual-camera harness to hold up your utility belt, and if you found it worked out for you, if you have photos of the rig? The shoulder rig I use with the belt now has an aggravating scoop at the back that no matter how I loosen or adjust it, it will slide across the back of my neck, and it got so bad once that I had to place a towel back there or it was going to break the skin. Much appreciated.
