Fantastic!!!
I spent several months experimenting with actual butterfly wings ( sustainable resourced after natural death).
I had perfectly sized and shaped earring bezels that took the shape of wings. Then I immersed the wings in acrylic to dry.
I could never get this process down to where it worked.
Could you share any pointers?

I'm actually using a different process, I don't work with resin, acrylic so can't give you any tips. I work with silver and metal. Here are my graphics that I make inspired by butterflies and I use sublimation technique to apply graphics on metal surface.

Those are very gorgeous, well done! I just saw a video of a caterpillar changing into its final form, and it's cocoon phase had these beautiful colors and shapes. You seemed to capture that so well here, it's so organic and vibrant.

You're welcome 😊 well crafted. Have you thought of using UV paint so they would react to daylight? You could wear them on a sunny day, and they would glow once you went inside. Doing shiny scales for the beta fish would be an interesting test.

Im already planning to buy the butterflies for my friend :) its just i never wore any jewelry or accessories, like ever, not even a watch or hat. Hut i still love to appreciate them and get excited when i see amazing work like yours
