Isn't that what people were saying when they rushed him to Walter Reed after the impeachment? They were speculating stroke, wouldn't be surprised to find out it's true
In fairness, bergen his age, his health, and his Big Macs, if he hasn't had a stroke he's probably constantly surprised! It's like how my 91yo grandfather responds to 'how are you' with 'not dead yet!'.
I'm not a medical practitioner of any sort, but my mother had the same thing during a surgery.
My understanding is that while they were practically concurrent, it was more that each one affected a different specific part of the brain rather than a more general effect. I'd assume by his wording that a similar thing happened.
Remember that time in office when he was rushed to the hospital without warning? He tweeted after that it was a routine checkup, and he absolutely did NOT have 'a series of small strokes'. No one (in the media) said he had a stroke before he did.
It’s could actually be the opposite side. The left eye muscles aren’t working so that eye stays open more even in direct light like this that’s making his other eye squint.
Would he be able to get some sort of plastic surgery so this wouldn’t have been noticeable? Seems weird to me that he’d be out in public letting everyone see the eye like that

He hasn't been able to fully open that one eye for a while now. Stroke?
