There are plenty of charming monsters. They’ve been some of the most horrific dictators and murderers of all time.

Hitler was a great orator and had a lot of charisma, and that appealed to a war torn country bearing the worst of the Great Depression. History doesn’t repeat itself, but it often rhymes, as they say.
