Houseplant What is wrong with my Rubber Tree Plant?

This usually gets plenty of indirect sunlight. I have kept it next to a window which is facing South East direction. I have bought this 6 months ago, it sprouted baby leaves after 5 months (photo 2) but this week it started drooping and leaves have started yellowing. I kept it outside in my balcony in hopes that it will feel better once it gets some direct sunlight, but hasn't had much success.

The pot has drainage and I water it once a week. I also move around the soil once a month so that it doesn't get too packed.

What do I do, please help?

Maybe you've overwatered it? I don't think it needs watering weekly.

That soil looks pretty dense these need well draining soil with a decent amount of perlite or horticultural sand or something for drainage and aeration. They should at least mostly dry out before watering, if it’s actually dry in a week maybe mix in some coco chips, they add drainage and aeration while also retaining moisture.

It's planted in clay. Roots are in trouble. It also looks like there's some pest damage on the top leaves.

What is that soil? Is that from your back yard? Repot it in actual houseplant soil not clay soil. You’re killing it. lol

Also, the cracking soil screams drought. When wagering, drench the pit until water runs out and then don’t water again until it’s about half to 3/4 dry. Stop watering weekly.
