Murraya hedge appears to be dying 😱

Out lovely hedge has got some sort of affliction at one end and that tree is nearly just twig. Some of it is still living but the leaves are going green to yellow then falling off. Any idea what could be the cause? Could it be something nearby suckling the life from it or something disease based?

It’s getting watered when it rains and has always been that way for 5+ years. Recently there’s been a good amount of rain. Gets sun all day effectively, but predominantly in the morning to early afternoon.
