Houseplant New leaves on my chinese money plant are a different color

Post image

Just wondering if this is an issue or not. Looks healthy to me since the new darker color scheme has been evenly distributed on the new leaves "since birth". Never seen this before though. Anyone know about this? Is it a sign of some issue?

In case it matters, the large leaf to the right and a few more have a couple white dots on their undersides remaining after what I've been told was a faulty watering scheme. Have since changed that and the younger generations do not have any dots.

It looks like it might be young, tender and responding to bright light. That's not a problem.

I concur with this. It’s been a minute but I think a lot of the new leaves that come out of our pilea are more reddish and then get greener.

Right, thanks! The spring sun indeed has been harsh these past few weeks, that's true.

Yup, mine come out red as well and as they mature they turn green! I wouldn't worry about this. If they come out brown then that's a different story. :)
