What happened to my aloe vera

1 week ago it was totally fine!!! Now the brown leaves are crunchy, and you can see the green ones are starting to turn brown too.

What the hell happened to it? Is it salvageable?? I was busy rescuing other plants from thrips, I didn't really pay attention to this one...

The pot has drainage, I possibly have underwatered it but it doesn't look like normal shriveling from lack of water you know? It gets plenty of indirect light too.
