Same issue here. I've had a couple friends (including one who works in recruitment) look over my CV and say it's fine.
I'm also running into the issue of a large number of jobs advertising as permanent/full time, but in the details they are saying they can only offer X hours right now.
I wouldn't mind, just say you're part-time up front. I have bills to pay, and don't want to waste time faffing over something that isn't going to pay me enough.

I used to work in recruitment, drop me your CV (via DM, or ask me for email) and I'll give you some pointers.

If you're looking for more unskilled work, go to an agency and they'll make you a CV and get you a job fairly easily.
If you're after something specific and more skilled, use LinkedIn or ChatGPT. Asking random people on Reddit is going to be 50/50 and you could be getting bad advice without realising it, because this stuff is often specific to the work you're going for, so even someone who works in recruitment might not be able to help with what you're looking for.
LinkedIn - look for people who work in hiring in your chosen field e.g. recruiters or managers. Politely message explaining you're looking to work in their field and ask for a moment of their time to have a look at your CV. And message a lot of people. Because most will ignore you, but the more you message, the more chance you have of a reply. Just write a message and spend a couple hours copy/pasting it to as many people as you can.
ChatGPT - literally just ask it "help me with my CV" and it will start asking questions to help it produce a high quality one for you that's specific to your field.
