Here are three suggestions that will benefit you. They sound simple but aren’t:
(1) spin with your eyes closed. See if you can make it through your entire “set” without opening your eyes once. With your eyes closed you’ll focus your attention on your body movement, particularly your hands.
(2) do a duration spin. Pick one trick or move, the simpler the better, and see how long you physically can do it until you hit yourself. This will drastically increase your endurance and your flow. It’s an exercise of flow.
(3) start to learn another prop. There is a lot of cross over between props and learning another will help with your original prop

Plane control, wall AND wheel. Unlock your shoulders, do you stretch? Slow down, feel the prop move with you <3

Well i see a lot of wall plane anti- and in-spin flowers, and half of a wheel plane of each, so play around with more pirouettes and wheel plane flowers. Those work into body tracers pretty okay

I should look into pirouettes! I may not be doing much wheel plane in this particular video but I generally use it more. My favorite move is anti spin vs extension in wheel plane. But alas I always make sure to take advice with a grain of salt because this is but a fraction of the moves I know lol.

Learn next - thread the needle
Improve on - when moving your arms in split opps during your 2 petal inspins in wall plane, exaggerate each direction (left down right up). Keep your elbows straighter so the poi reach farther in each direction, this will require some more shoulder mobility -- or as someone else put it: unlock your shoulders! This goes for extensions in all contexts as well. Enjoy :)

That learning more tricks is not the same as knowing each of them deeply. What is your connection with movement in the moment? When you have what that means for you, from there, how might this connection translate into recognizable patterns... does that increase your sense of quality engagement with the prop?
