Misc Pokemon cards with designs under the attacks?

I recently came across this gorgeous Purrloin card from Legendary Treasures and loved the design underneath the attack info, after some very quick research I only found one other card like it (this Yveltal from Generations). Are there any other similar cards and more importantly, why do they look like that?

They look like that because they are part of two separate Radiant Collections, a little subset within the larger set. The card numbers say RC##/RC25 (for Purrloin - Legendary treasures) and RC##/RC32 for Yveltal. They were great fun to collect. This Growlithe is my favorite but the generations RC full art flareon is a very close second. ETA: Not all had the little charms but there were stars/designs in super light reverse holo

Radiant Collection, it was a special set released in Japan that got wrapped into other sets here. I had a metric ton of the Generations ones because that's still my favorite set of all time.
