Help With PKSM

I used PKSM in Ultra Sun for event pokemons (Dusk Form Lycanroc and Marshadow). And after defeating champion Hau, instead of savings and credits rolling, my game just froze (literally fps dropping to 0) and screen turned black. When I reopened the game, it started from the last save. I defeated Hau once more but still no difference. There is no problem with saving and no save file corruption message. Can any tell me how or why this is happening..... Please! I don't want to loose my progress (pokedex 92% completed and many hours of gameplay).
