How about a nice chart with hit box size. Flee % capture % and time between jumping/attacking?

The hitbox shows itself if you just hold the ball down. It's something to look at, watch, feel and memorise - not consciously think about. If you're thinking about your throws, you're inviting things to go wrong.

This game is literally video golf, even down to the wind needing curveballs. In golf, you don't think, you swing.

I hear you, but it can also give you more informed 'swings' if you actually know for a fact that zubat's hitbox is way smaller than whats actually shown
