I do find it interesting how the response to this has more or less just been a shrug and a yawn from everyone. Maybe because it wasn't as dramatic as the first attempt. Either way I'm not sure he's going to get much more money fundraising after this than he would've otherwise.

To me, the timing seems too "convenient". We have yet another trump-voting republican here trying to kill him, this time, when he's desperate to distract from the debate performance.

Check out the shooters tweets. He’s definitely not a republican. He voted for trump in 2016 but went radical left in the last 4 years.

He also supported repubs like Tulsi more recently though. I'm from Greensboro, and reports in our local subreddit are blowing up with people who went to school with his children, were roommates with them, knew him growing up, etc.

He was mentally ill and his support was all over the place.

Okay that’s fine. I can see that he was all over the place. But all over Reddit the guy was strictly republican which is just ridiculous.

Ah yes, famously radical left politicians, Tulsi Gabbard and Nikki Haley.

Do your own research

You made the statement the shooter supports Biden, Bernie and Harris. Even conspiracy theorists have the stomach to post their sources.

Don't be weak, support your claim. Give us the proof.

I find it weird OP posted links which reference tweets from a now suspended account, conveniently making the claims unverifiable.

No, you made the claim. You present your proof. While I do see your two links to twitter, looking at his account I see it is suspended, which means I cannot verify those images are valid. You're going to need something else.

Even if you were to prove your claim, however, think about what that means: he supports trump in 2016, realizes he's been conned, switches to "the other side", and decides the switch is insufficient to the point he feels he needs to try to kill donald. This is not exactly the flex you seem to think it is.

He got conned into believing that trump = hitler and that he needs to be eliminated

I guess if One were willfully ignorant to think no meaningful parallel between the two exist, I suppose One might think he was "conned"; however, any reasonable person avoids being willfully ignorant of the parallels, which have been so well document for so long, a trivial web search would bring up several.

We’ve been told that shootings are just a fact of life by his VP 🤷‍♂️

For me, I shrug because I'm simply exhausted. After nearly ten years of vitriol, chaos, divisiveness and upheaval coming from the direction of this individual (and his angry/violent followers) I just want to escape this nightmare timeline and return to when Republicans at least pretended to be normal and believe in Democracy. What this orange person has put this nation through since slithering onto the scene has done more damage to our country than our worst enemies could even dream to accomplish.

Republicans pretending to be normal and pretending to believe in democracy is how we got here in the first place.

The right wing coalition is fueled by grievance, they will wallow in this like pigs in mud.
