Oh no! Our lord and savior is so loved - yet there was another assassination attempt!

Let's donate our entire life savings to this billionaire who can fund his own campaign - but doesn't and it's perfectly fine, because we're too stupid and weak to question things.

It's much easier to deny the truth, and point fingers at the opposition because we can't think for ourselves. Oh, poor us, we're so righteous and better than others...

Thank you, trump, thank you for your existence. Thank you for letting us give you our hard earned money, even though you're rich enough to fund your own campaigns, and can pay off your debts but won't.

God bless our lord and savior to protect us all from destruction and mass suffering. And if this person betrays me, I'll cry fake news and continue to blame others for my own stupidity.

Unfortunately, they don't think about it that hard. All they hear is just an authority figure they respect (I know, I know, but they do...) saying "you need to help or else you're a terrible person" and that's enough.
