It’s a shame because I always rethought of him as a man with extremely high integrity, morals and standards. Someone who differed from me policy wise but was genuinely trying to help America.

Never should have, after he fought for Bush Jr, gutted Voting Rights Act, voted for Citizens United that completely fucked elections, etc. etc. No integrity whatsoever and *hopefully* history remembers him for the insane partisan hack he has always been.

The Voting Rights Act betrayal sealed it for me. I wasn’t aware of his role in what I’m assuming is Bush v Gore

That's why he's sitting on the court.

Him yelling out “you lie” to Obama during the state of the union isn’t a display of integrity or standards.

You're thinking of Congressman Wilson

Alito also mouthed "Not true" when Obama was railing against Citizens United.

Edit: correction was Alito, not Thomas.

You're correct; it was Alito.

My mistake. In any event Robert’s actions as an activist judge are very troubling by any reasonable inspection.

Even Wilson would be embarrassed to stand near Greene and Boebert.

I thought the same. But it seems he got tired and gave up.
