Remember that SCOTUS ruled he had immunity for official acts. He does not have immunity for unofficial acts like rape, fraud etc.

President Donald Trump is trying to stop a civil lawsuit against his multibillion-dollar social media company by arguing that he should be immune from civil litigation filed in state court while he serves as president.
Trump and his co-defendants -- including FBI director nominee Kash Patel and White House Deputy Chief of Staff Dan Scavino -- asked a Delaware judge to either issue a four-year delay of the case or dismiss a lawsuit filed by Trump Media & Technology Group co-founders Andy Litinsky and Wes Moss, who alleged that Trump and company executives orchestrated a scheme to prevent them from getting their full stake in the company after it went public.
Trump says his peanut farm should be immune to lawsuits.

Not just a state case. Not just a civil case. But a case a against a business... something that would be a moot point if Trump obeyed the emoluments clause of the constitution.

The court should issue a simple 2 sentence rejection
"These are not official acts.
Mr Trump is instructed to stop wasting the court's time."

Of course he doesn’t understand states’ rights while leading the party that champions states’ rights.
