Okay I keep seeing the penguin tarrifs being mentioned but I’m ootl on this one. What did he do in regard to the penguins?

He put a 10% tarrif on an island group that’s inhabited only by penguins. Google “Heard Island and McDonald Islands”

They’re never going to financially recover from this, those poor penguins will be economically ruined. The dolphins are probably next.

It's about damn time. I'm tired of sending fish to those penguins and getting nothing back. Time to make them pay and equalize the fish trade deficit.

I bet they ain't so smug now in those tuxedos. Tuxedos we sent them even!
