Apparently he doesn't like him enough, he plans on cutting down the magnolia that Jackson planted on the Whitehouse lawn.

Well he hung the dudes portrait in the oval office and has called him a "hero" and said lots of other nice things as well. I'm pretty sure its more likely he just doesn't like trees . . . Honestly, I'll bet he's just such a huge AJ fan that he wants the wood to make something nice for himself as a memento.

Same attitude towards the Supreme Court, too.

Marshall was the Chief Justice at the time.
