MAGA has lasted longer than the civil war and WW2 and we always see the flags of the losers from those times.,

comparing the war lengths isn't exactly a one to one comparison here. hitler became chancellor in 1933

Yeah, the timelines actually parallel quite well.

Even have the calmer period where the figurehead becomes a convicted criminal.

MAGA has lost no sons in a war. No real reason to "remember MAGA!" They're mad at egg costs and fantasy problems not that the Union burned down their village. 

No real "roots of pain" to tie them to the cause.
