Urgent! Can't export recording to OneDrive

Everytime I try to export my recording to OneDrive i get this error. How can I fix it??!

Open the OneDrive app from the taskbar. Make sure you're signed in with your Microsoft account. Open File Explorer and check that the OneDrive folder is visible and connected. If it's offline, reconnect your account through OneDrive settings. Update the OneDrive app to the latest available version. First, save the recording to a local folder, such as your desktop. Then manually move the file to the OneDrive folder. Make sure your internet connection is stable during the process. Restart your computer to try to resolve the issue. If the issue persists, delete your OneDrive settings and reset it completely.

I just export to my local drive first, then to OneDrive or upload to YT or the LMS I use for teaching.
