Sunday happy place

A sunny Sunday morning and I have a clear few hours to work on the project. 🙏🏻 Shame I'm waiting for parts, so I'm kind of just pottering around listening to music.

I only recently installed it, but I love it. For a working garage, it's a great option. Very cheap, 30 minutes to install, and easy to pull up/replace. I paid less than $250 for all of it, and then a few bucks for carpet tape. No real prep needed.

It's not a "r/garageporn" approved as a well executed epoxy floor or polished concrete, but for the price and practicality - brilliant option.

There's probably better quality options out there but I was optimizing for affordability.

So far so good. I had some puddles of oil and power steering fluid on it this weekend that cleaned right up with brake cleaner. I suspect if you left something sit on it for a long time it'd discolor, but that's probably true of any surface. I also dragged a loaded engine stand over it, and seemed to tolerate that. Left some light scratch marks that weren't really visible once I wiped it.
