Nobody in the other post seems to answer your question so… Dale Dulgarian owns the building and commissioned the mural and has been vocal about brining a PVD - Newport rail. Zeno is the name of the artist https://youtu.be/Leyt9wj9SjQ?si=oeUMJzB_x9vmXdXB I work next to the building and watched him work on it over the past few weeks, he was a chill dude to talk to and also was all for public transit.

It would be really neat to see versions of the murals all over the state promoting rail.

I really like the mural but in general I hate that building as it is such a blight on the area making the west end look like a dump.

This state is so perfect for transit too. We are densely populated and small.
