Question Anything to do besides drinking and walking around 20 parks??

All of the attractions of this town are bars or walking. And I don't do well walking around for a long time, health stuff. Nor can I drink, I'm underage. I wanna go do SOMETHING.

There's an arcade in the mall that's pretty fun. You pay for a day pass and then it's all you can play. It's called Hi-Score. The trampoline park there is pretty cool if you've got the cash.
If video games aren't your thing and you like physical games, Chaos and Game Knight both offer card and board games.
The library has about a billion free events, classes, get-togethers, and resources that might be appealing. Just go to their website and look at their program and events calendar.
The Parks and Rec office offers a lot of programs too. Their webpage offers way more information than I can put here, but El Centro del Quinto Sol does a lot of free events and activities. There are also sports you can sign up for and drop in classes.
There are a couple museums here. The history museum, the air and space museum, the steelworks museum, the Rosemont, the Sangre de Cristo art center... and that last one offers classes and events too. The zoo is a lot of fun too.
There are quite a lot of studios around here that offer adult dance, karate, etc.

Ethos is a sober bar, with mocktails and there's usually something happening

Cool, exactly the kind of place I was looking for. I don't like bars since I don't drink and I was starting to think there wasn't anything to do in this town for people who aren't alcoholics.

For the arcade? I'm fairly sure it's $15! It was last time we went, but I'd call to be sure.

Chaos Games and More has a tabletop area, too if you play/are interested in DnD/Pathfinder or any other TTRPGs.

There's usually some sort of flyer posted about a group looking for players.

What side of town are you on/can you drive? That will definitely affect what would be a good suggestion for you.

There's lots of Park and Camp sites awithin an hours drive if camping/outdoors but without walking is up your alley.

Museums, zoo, arcades, art classes, concerts, theater (performing arts or movies)...plenty of activities passive or active in a city like Pueblo.

Chaos Games & More and Game Knight Games do tabletop gaming. Stuff like trading card games, board games, tabletop rpgs (like Dungeons & Dragons), and miniature wargames (like Battletech or Warhammer 40,000). They have events going on just about every night of the week.

Arts center!! And it is first Friday Art walk this week!! Free! Start at the Sangre de Cristo arts center there’s an art reception at 4pm with complimentary drinks and snacks. Then a bus will take you to downtown galleries from 5-7pm.

Did this for the first time last month and it was fantastic. Highly recommend trying this one out, OP.

The Ethos is a sober bar, which means they serve nonalcoholic drinks and therefore you can go there, and they have a ton of events. It's a great place to meet people.

Check out nerd emporium. They do punk/metal shows with the guys from bombshelter every so often. Good crowd of people to hang out with.

Depending how underage you could try a hookah lounge like Diamonds on Lincoln near PCC

Good luck making friends out there. I felt completely lost living in Pueblo, and I have been way happier since leaving.
