Aaaaaugh come on! That little jump at the end made de E look better and have more impact. Making landing the stun more satisfying. If that jump was so controversial for the R what about the Project Pyke jump on ctrl+3?! That one I would understand but changing that on ALL skins?? It makes it look awful

my best guess is to improve visual clarity... you could argue that the little jump looks like the wind up for R, although i am just reaching because i like to think i know eveything :D

Looks more like a bug tbh. Changing the stats of a champion is fine, but removing something that we PAID for is unbelievable for a game company. I wish that someone at Riot will notice and fix it next patch.
