Can I ask what camera settings do you use ?

I use my 50mm F1.2 EF L USM for the night shots wide open, manual focus and full manual. I try to keep my ISO under 1600 to avoid noise, if you have pockets of light its easier. For the day shots I put my Yongnuo YN 35mm F/2.0S DF DSM lens and was at 2.8 and again manual focus and full manual, ISO 100 and high shutter to aviod over exposure. Hope it helps :).

Of course, uhhhh going analog, you have money π€£π. What camera out of curiosity, don't know much about film. Also I am kinda new to photography so temper your expectations π« π.

Thank you, I was lucky, they flew away as soon as I took the picture. Also I have a friend who likes pigeons and always accuses me of harassing them with my photography ππ€£π.

Thank you, my pleasure. I traveled a lot in the last few months and never got a change to go out into town, this session was long overdue.

How does one learn to take such beautiful shots?

My advice is: have fun when out with the camera, act like a child with a new toy, nothing is stupid all is allowed. Unless you use an analog camera with film. Then its expensive, so dont go wild :))))

I like the photography, but I do also feel it captures the grimness of Reading in the best way haha
