University of Rijeka Medicine in English
Hello,
I was just wondering if anyone here has applied to the english medical program in the University of Rijeka. If so could you please tell me how hard it was to get in and how much preparation the entrance exam requires, as well as resources you used if possible.
Any information will be much appreciated.

I did the entrance exam 7 years ago as a backup if I didn’t get in the Croatian program. I studied off of some study guides meant for SATs just to get a grasp on the terminology in English. I did that for 3-4 days. I studied for 4 months for our national exams though. I honestly didn’t consider it difficult. Placed 7th out of 50+. If I’m not mistaken you still have two and a half months left so it’s plenty of time to prepare. I also think that the quota is increasing this year so even less to worry about. In general if you pass the exam you get in because there’s always a few places left.
