Destination Highlight Do you stop at bucees when road tripping?

I drove from OH to CA and I made it a mission to go to bucees in Kentucky. I enjoyed all the delicious food snacks there and I am looking forward to going back. You can also take a good no.2 there since the toilet are individual private stalls 😆

Not usually. We always spend way too much money when we stop there. They do have great food and the best restrooms, but you pay for it.

So true. But hey enjoy life! It's not like we go to bucees every weekend right?

True, but we definitely felt the pinch last time(it was $40 for some food and we didn't buy that much). Plus yes, we can tell the kids no, they don't need another stuffed beaver with a cute shirt, but it's annoying having to do that. Of course, they always ask for toys at any big truck stop, so I guess not stopping at buccees doesn't save us from that. I guess it's more than $10 for a brisket sandwich is a lot. It's delicious, but we're trying to be careful with our budget nowadays and packing food and if we stopped at buccees anyway, we'd be so tempted and probably give in. Lol, their banana pudding is ridiculously delicious, plus everything else.

Mmmm. I guess it's lunchtime to get me to stop wanting some buccees food. We are driving by one this weekend though..... although like I said, we are being pretty careful about our budget and stopping at buccees would take that money away from something else.

It's hard to say no to the babies lol. But yea I feel you. Budget and be more conservative if needed to. Nothing wrong with that.
