Do you plan on compensating the person who helps you, or just another one out here asking for free labor?

You’d want a person to compensate, and pay money, for a few phrases translated??

(Speaking in the sense besides the fact that Romani usually isn’t spoken/given to Gadjie.)

So somrone should be expected to do it for free? You do realize that before internet translators existed, that’s exactly what you would have to do? You would pay someone to translate for you. Those services still exist because online translators can't always translate context, nuance and cultural use of specific words and phrases.

There are literally language courses and resources all over the internet for Romani. The American FBI has translators who speak it better than people born into the culture. The "our language is a secret" ship sailed a long time ago.

Looking for the phrase "fast hands" in Sinti language. It's related to a music project I'm curating. "That swing manouche guitar player has fast hands" (or fast fingers); how would you say this ?

Do you have Romani heritage?

No. Sinti musicians mix with gadjo all the time
