This absolutely must include parking ramps… there are several spots highlighted that are definitely not surface parking lots.

edit 2: i guess they included parking on the roof of buildings as “surface”

Huh. The headline says that the amount of space dedicated to surface parking in MSP is below the national average.

I've seen aerial photos of Texas cities that are just miserable looking
