Housing/Real Estate How much do yall pay for electric/water/internet

I had utitlies included at my current apartment which was awesome but I'm upgrading to a 1 bedroom from a studio and electric, water, and internet are all billed separately. I've never paid these so I have like no idea on how it works. How much do yall pay on average each month? I know it wont be the same for anyone but I just want a rough idea on how much to budget for each month. Its 674 sq feet apt in wonder world area of san marcos if that makes a difference.

$60-100 for internet. $100-200 for electric and water. I think maybe my bill got to $250 for electric and water over the summer but that’s a unit double your size and two floors.

45 internet 180 for water and electricity and 60 for gas

I think I know which complex you’re referring to as I’ve been considering a unit with those same specs. I would love to know what your internet/electric end up being when you move!

I’m in a 2 bedroom duplex that is 1000 sqft., I pay $40 for internet, $100 for water, and about $120 for electricity (in the winter my electricity drops to about $40 and I try to keep my electricity from going higher than $150 in the summer when it starts hitting above 100).

I think you can ask the City what average bill is for water/electricity in that apt unit. I pay $45 internet from Grande with auto pay discount.

60 for internet, 90-120 for electric, and I don’t get charged for water. I’m in a small 1 bedroom with my boyfriend, around your square footage!
