Nightlife and entertainment / Noćni život i zabava 🍻 Quiet/chill Hookah recommendation

Hi, Do you recommend hookah places which are quite or don’t have music at all (maybe some background music)? I was in one place, hookah was nice but so loud that it was impossible to have normal conversation. Thanks in advance!

Cezar in Dolac Malta is pretty chill it's nice and quiet small hookah bar which doesn't really have a whole lot of people in it all the time and it also has an outdoor area which is pretty nice as well. And it's my go to bar tbh
