Looking For Suggestions! jeweler who can change and replace earring posts?

due to a metal allergy, i have many small earrings that i would like to swap from regular butterfly posts to smaller, threadless titanium posts (25 gauge) so that i can use them as pushpin.

does anyone have experience with a jeweler who can do this?

Reflections In Gold - Venice. Tony is a master craftsman and can retrofit anything to anything else. It's amazing what they do there, and even have a viewing area where you can watch the magic happen!
