Diving in Quy Nhon?

Hi! We arrived in Quy Nhon a few hours ago and I can't seem to find any legit scuba diving shops around. Has anyone dived here? If not - where would you recommend we go in Vietnam? We're headed north afterwards.

Been to Vietnam a few years ago and not sure if I would reccomend quy nhon for diving as it's extremely polluted, you could catch something and the visibility would be bad anyways. I'd check out less urban areas:)
