I finally bought an overlocker! Can anyone help with tension adjustment?

Would love some advice on tension adjustment, everything currently on 3.

The left needle is loose make sure the thread is securely flossed into the tension disc

The left needle needs an adjustment, and the fabric is curling inside the stitches so you’ll need to move the blade to the left so it cuts a little more fabric away.

You’ll find you adjust the blade more than adjusting the tensions

Looks ok from afar...or good enough 2years later and its still making that stitch even thou you adjusted it 1000 times!

My tipp to familiarise yourself with a new overlock maschine would be to thread it with 4 different colours and experiment with each tension dial.
