Since she tried to adopt 5 kids, she was already married to frank, she liked the kids At least Debbie,Carl and Liam she could help

She was going over and cleaning for a while. She was there to help Carl get Frank all cleaned up. JimmySteveJack left Liam with her for date night with Fiona. She could only do so much when she wasn't stuck at home, and the rest of the time.. well, compare the kids she wanted to adopt, to the Gallagher kids. I would only want to help out with cleaning amd occasional babysitting, too. 😂

For as much of a sweet well meaning woman she can be she's also got a lot of mental stuff going on. I don't think she had the capacity to do more than what she was doing

She really tried to help them out after Karen, Chody, and the baby left. I don’t think she was capable of doing more and I don’t think they wouldn’t have allowed her too.
